Consider requesting a room on a lower floor to avoid the steep stairs and ensure easier access if mobility is a concern.

The personal phone call to thank us for the booking was a nice gesture, ensuring we had full directions etc. was very helpful. Room was spotlessly clean, cannot fault it, ideal family room, the childrens bunkbeds were separated from the adult double by a doorway partition and bathroom and gave privacy which you normally dont get in a family type room! The breakfast was freshly cooked to order, extremely tasty (also catered for vegetarians) was well presented, seconds were offered, set you up for the day! The bar is open in the evenings, and has a pool table and sky tv to entertain you. Location is superb,on quiet end of south pier area, 4-5 mins walk to the pleasure beach, waterpark and south pier itself, absolutely ideal! The owners made us feel very welcome, and we will most definitley be returning to this particular hotel without any doubt! Thank you to Dee and Tony for the warm welcome!

The hosts of this hotel will go the extra mile to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible - nothing is too much trouble. The hotel/rooms are very clean and Dee serves a wonderful cooked breakfast. They have put a lot of time and money into the hotel and deserve credit for their efforts. Would recommend to anyone looking for a break in Blackpool.

The hosts Dee and Tony were lovely and friendly. The food was fab, freshly cooked and served with a smile. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Tony showed my daughter and I around all the other rooms because I was that impressed I said I would be coming back and that I would reccommend the hotel to others. Just a five minute walk from the Pleasure Beach and a short tram ride to the Piers and shops (but we walked).peacful at night too. I noticed recently on another review site that some people had left a bad review a few weeks ago and I must say I find this very hard to believe as it was the only bad review this hotel as had. I travel all over the country and use many hotels but I must say that this hotel was the best because of the personallity of the hosts and the cleanliness !! I will be back

Steep staircases could be challenging for some seniors.
